Anyone wishing to speak before the Planning and Zoning Board must sign in prior to the meeting, stating name, address and topic to address. Speakers making public comment will be sworn in. All comments will be limited to two minutes.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public Comment: Comments shall be limited to two minutes. The Board does not generally take action on any matter raised during these public comments, but may direct the matter to be placed on the agenda of a future meeting, if appropriate.
4. ORDINANCE NO. 2021-04 GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (K.HILL) (TAB 2)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALMETTO, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; APPROVING ADOPTION OF A GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS DESCRIBED HEREIN FOR A MULTI-FAMILY, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT CONTAINING 262 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON 8.37 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF U.S. 41 SOUTH OF HABEN BOULEVARD AT THE WESTERN ENTRANCE TO THE RIVIERA DUNES DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (RIVIERA DUNES APARTMENTS)
Action Request: Based upon the staff report, the comments made at the public hearing and finding the request to be consistent with the City of Palmetto Comprehensive Plan, I move to recommend adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-04, with Deviations 1-4 and Stipulations 1-11 as recommended by Staff.
