1. CRA ADVISORY
BOARD AGENDA APPROVAL
MOTION: Mr. Cadena
moved, Chair Daniel seconded, and the motion carried 2-0 to approve the January 2, 2025, CRA Advisory Board Agenda.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT: No comments from the public.

CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL
MOTION: Mr. Cadena moved, Chair Daniel seconded, and the
motion carried 2-0 to approve the January 2, 2025, Consent Agenda as
recommended by staff.

SPECIAL CRA ADVISORY
BOARD MEETING FOR 1/23/2025
MOTION: Mr. Cadena moved, Chair seconded, and the
motion carried 2-0 to have a Special CRA Advisory Board meeting on Thursday,
January 23, 2025, at 2:30PM in Chambers.
6. SELECTION OF CRA
ADVISORY BOARD CHAIR/VICE-CHAIR
MOTION: Chair Daniel
moved, Mr. Cadena seconded, to elect Mr. Cadena the CRA Advisory Board Chair.
MOTION: Mr. Cadena
moved, Chair Daniel seconded, to elect Chair Daniel the CRA Advisory Board
Vice-Chair.
7. CRA
DIRECTOR'S COMMENTS (ROWENA
YOUNG-GOPIE)
Changing
the Ordinance to increase the CRAAB members from three (3) to five (5) at the
next scheduled meeting.
Legal
will provide training to be updated with the rules and regulations.
Provided
each member with green binders that include a copy of the Florida Statutes 163,
Florida Sunshine Law, FY25 Budget and Roberts Rules of Order.
Legal
advised the CRAAB members might want to think about adopting their own rules. Roberts
Rules of Order can be used as a fall back since they really arent set up for
government agencies.
