Code Enforcement Officer Kathy Riley reviewed details and photos of the case, specifically concerning window violations.  Evidence was presented for the Magistrate’s consideration and made a part of these minutes.  An Administrative Order was provided after the May 28, 2019 Hearing to continue the case to June 25, 2019, allowing more time for the Respondent and the City to provide evidence. Photos revealed the board was still on the window and the property was still in violation.  All other violations on the original Notice of Violation dated April 2, 2019 have been brought into compliance.  Magistrate Regina Kardash sited Section 7-244 of the City Code of Ordinances noting the “or 60 days total, whichever is longer” portion of the ordinance.
