Code Enforcement Officer Kathy Riley reviewed details 8/08/19, overgrown, no screen or fence around the pool, but there is an interior barrier screen. 12/03/19, continued to Jan 28, 2020 asking respondent to bring photos of how the fence was attached.
Guy Francois submitted a video to show the screen was intact. Magistrate viewed the video on the Respondents phone showing the pool is completely screened.
Find that the screen was in compliance.

Requesting case be continued to allow Respondent to pay for
property in compliance, impose administrative costs as hard costs incurred by the City plus, incorporate invoice into order.

Code Enforcement Officer Kathy Riley reviewed details of the case and submitted photos for the Magistrates consideration. 10/29, continued to 12/03/19. No permit and the shed has not been removed, but work continued in spite of orders. Given until 12/18/19 to supply documentation. Heard again 1/28/2020. December 18, no permit, shed still there. As of today, no changes. Respondent is out of compliance.
$15/ day retroactive to 12/18/19, plus $345 administrative costs

5. NEW BUSINESS
The next Code Enforcement Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
Code Officer Riley will be unavailable April 7, 2020. Combine the March 31 and April 28th hearing dates. Requested to reschedule that hearing.
6. ADJOURNMENT 6:25
If any person desires to appeal any decision of the Code Enforcement Hearing, or of any other Board of the City, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Fla. Stat. §286.0105).
