Special Magistrate Regina Kardash called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence. All people wishing to speak during the Hearing were duly sworn.

No changes were made to the agenda.
2. APPROVE MINUTES
Magistrate Kardash approved the September 29, 2020 CEH Minutes as written.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS

Code Enforcement Officer Kathy Riley testified and Magistrate Kardash ruled the following case came into compliance.

SETTLEMENT: The Respondent has brought the property into compliance and no further action is needed.

Code Enforcement Officer Don Barajas provided details and photos of the case which were submitted as evidence and made a part of these minutes. A general site visit on May 18, 2020 revealed interior construction at 214 15th Street West was taking place without proper permits, and subsequent visits showed the work continued in spite of a stop-work order, a posted Cease and Desist Order and Unsafe Placard. Building Official David Wilcox requested electric power be disconnected by Florida Power and Light (FPL) at the power pole.
Magistrate Kardash deemed the property was in violation according to the evidence provided; however, to ensure due process, the notices need to be sent to the Registered Agent for GM Global Holdings, LLC Genesis Martinez at 2603 Park Drive in Sanford, Florida.
STIPULATION: Magistrate Kardash continued this case to December 1, 2020 to ensure the Registered Agent had sufficient notice under the law.
