  Code Enforcement Officer Kathy Riley reviewed details of the case and submitted the evidence for the Magistrate’s consideration. Code Officer Riley stated as of January 26, 2021 there was still no application for a permit. 

 

        SETTLEMENT: $295.00  50/day retor Dec. Nobod y has appeared at any of the three hearings on this matter.
